NDIS Support

Welcome to Curious Kids Toy Lab, where we support NDIS Participants.

Are you looking to purchase products that will assist with learning and development for your child? We would love to help, but if you are unsure, we recommend that you seek advice from your support co-ordinator or plan manager.

SELF MANAGED - choose one of the options below. 

Just order from our website as normal and pay upfront using one of our payment options.   

OR

Pay Later Option - 

  • Add items to your cart.  Here you will enter the participants name and NDIS number in the notes box before you proceed to checkout.
  • Next enter customer details and shipping details.
  • Proceed to payment methods and here you select NDIS Self Managed Invoice. This will allow you to draw down your funds first.
  • We will send you an invoice with our payment details for you, so once you have received your funds you can pay us directly.  Which we will then send out your items.

PLAN MANAGED 

  • Add items to your cart as normal and in your cart please add the Participants Name and NDIS number.
  • Go to the checkout filling in customer details and shipping info.
  •  Proceed to Payment options and click on NDIS Plan Managed and we will email you a tax invoice with payment details that you can forward to your PM for approval and payment.

NDIA MANAGED - at this stage we are not a registered provider. 


Terms & Conditions:

Items will not be shipped until we funds are cleared in our bank account.

NDIS ORDERS have 30 day terms and if your payment isn’t received within 30 days your order will be cancelled and your items will no longer be held for you.
